No — if you already have listing photos, those work perfectly. We recommend at least 8–10 clear, well-lit photos for the best result. If you want to upgrade your source photos first, any real estate or Airbnb photographer will do. We work with whatever you have.

It depends on your package. The Vertical Launch ($79) includes a single 9:16 vertical video — ideal for Instagram Reels and TikTok. The Everywhere Pack ($149) and above include all three formats: 9:16 vertical, 1:1 square, and 16:9 landscape — covering every major platform from TikTok to YouTube to your listing page.

Up to 20 photos per order. You can also leave notes specifying which rooms or features to highlight, the order you'd like them to appear, and any music or mood preferences.

Vertical Launch and Everywhere Pack orders are delivered within 20 minutes up to 2 business days. The Property Campaign (3 properties) takes 4 business days. The Five-property Social Kit takes 5 business days. Turnaround starts once your photo upload and intake form are complete — not from the moment of payment.

Completed video files are delivered by email to the address you provide in the intake form after checkout. Files are ready to download and post directly — no editing software needed.

Each order includes one round of revisions. Submit your revision notes within 7 days of delivery and we'll turn them around within 2 business days. Revisions cover pacing, photo selection, and order — not reshoots or new photography.

Vertical Launch — $79 CAD: one 9:16 vertical video, up to 30 photos, 3-business-day turnaround. Everywhere Pack — $149 CAD: all three formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), up to 30 photos, 3-business-day turnaround. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed at the time of order.

Because production begins shortly after your intake form is submitted, we do not offer refunds once work has started. If you have a concern about your delivery, contact us and we'll make it right through the revision process.

Yes — the Property Campaign ($249) covers up to 3 properties and the Five-property Social Kit ($549) covers up to 5. Compared to ordering individually, the Social Kit saves you over $200 versus five separate Everywhere Pack orders.
